New guy in FL

Howdy folks, I just signed up and look forward to being part of this great community. I am about a week away from a contract on a 38 Present. I have been in the process of getting rid of all my so called worldly possesions and will be moving aboard. A dream of years coming true. All the information that I read on here was certainly helpful in my making my final decision.
