New to introduce myself

Newer to boating and technically competent. Sail big and small for almost 18 years. Had a small tug, 32ft braggin, then a 38, and finally a 42 twin shaft tunnel double ended beauty named absolutely.

I will be sailing north from ft Myers Fla to Windsor ON commencing 12 Aug or so. At this moment it will be single handing. Some confidence and ability and was able to handle single shaft no bowthruster trawlers in the past I’m under no illusion this is easy or without risk. Therefore I do put it to this community and perhaps sailor forum to open a berth and private cabin in aiding this adventure. Ideal for a couple with recent experience aboard similar vessel or transit experience would be great.

Tidy boat and competent captain for a three to five week adventure. Meet in ft Myers at the jetty and hope to complete the journey near Detroit Michigan.

Not sure if this is the best opening hello.

Pm for further info. Dates are fixed from mid August to late September.

G'day! Even though you don't spell your name correctly I wish you good luck. Both on the trip and in finding someone to go along.
