So my question is:

Does the United States have judicial jurisdiction over the Antarctica sea?

Years ago one of their ships anchored in the LA Harbor and was there for about a month. I took my boat near them several times and talked to them about their cause. I found them to be nice and I support their cause.

Dont think they have jurisdiction, but since the sea Shepard is based or stationed or anchored or from the United States.....the U.S. can tell the ship itself what to do and what not to do.....bc its representing itself as american "flying the american flag".
