is this a trawler?

AS there claiming "low cost" by using 2 30KW noisemakers ($20 - $30 an hour?) perhaps a couple of low cost Seagull engines would be OK.

Mr. b. As shown in the listing there is no drive train
in that particular unit so, no, not a trawler. Simply an extremely expensive barge that needs be relocated by "tug or cargo ship". With a couple of Seagull engines for propulsion as Mr. FF suggests...???



Personally I can find a lot more interesting investments for MY spare $9.5M that that "thing".

No it's not but neither are most of the boats people want to call "trawlers" that really aren't.
