New toy

We were checking out a marine recreation store that recently opened near us and this kayak caught our eye thought it would be pretty cool for our trip to the Exumas. It was the last one so we grabbed it. It has a partial clear bottom for viewing what's under water, should be pretty cool.

Yeah I also noticed that, a lot more freeboard then your average kayak.

My only worry would be Gators.

The bride rows a 19 ft shell most AM.

The local gators float up till there eyes are exposed , look at the LOA , (most are only 10-14 ft) and decide not to bother.

A much smaller boat might become a munchy?
