She just crumbles up bacon, chops picked jalapeños in the food processor, mixes it all with mayo and the egg yolks and a bit of the jalapeño juice. Super simple.

Thanks Ray, she relates her secret to eating a lot of garlic and having a glass of wine a day. Both of them are Italian hence the wine/garlic combination.
