Trawlers Trackers

I'm currently using wireless internet and it's slow. I normally use ad-block and ghostery to speed up page loading and to stop unwanted files and tracking that leads to more unwanted emails, targeted ads and so on.
On Trawlers Forum and other sites I value, I shut these browser extensions off.
Today the little spinning "page loading" icon wouldn't stop so turned ghostery on to see what was going on. Pic of what I found.

Were in the wilderness the internet is always glacial.

Any tips on cleaning out the garbage and preventing it from climbing back on?
