The conduct involved in both the criminal and civil actions was a confrontation April 15, 2013, during which Ferrelle, as captain of an eco tour aboard his charter boat, passed Currington’s docks at 159 San Marco Drive near Tybee and Currington began screaming and threatening him and his two passengers.
Currington then followed Ferrelle’s boat to AJ’s Dockside Restaurant, where he burst into a profanity-laced tirade and threatened to harm Ferrelle.
