The tread hasnt moved in a while so I'll stir it up
My Monk 36 came with a CQR type anchor, the only mark I can find on it is the letters SAS cast into the stock. I have tried to find who or where it was made. The boat is a 2003 so I imagine the anchor is of that vintage. Any idea from the readers?
I like self launching anchors so replaced it with a 45# Delta shortly after buying the boat in 2008, so far so good with the Delta though I can't claim to have ridden out any Hurricanes on her.
