Yesterday fishermen helped free a whale of fishing line and other rubbish, seemingly at the whale`s request. Here is the You Tube Link to a News report. :https://au.news.yahoo.com/video/watch/29245513/clever-whale-s-nudge-for-attention/#page1
Amazingly, we are regularly getting whales inside the Harbor as they pass up and down the east coast. In July a 10 meter humpback was photographed swimming near the Opera House. This film is from the "Middle Harbor" region of the main harbor, lots of boats in the area, and expensive homes on and overlooking the shores. Does it get better for relations between man and wild creatures than a whale asking for help, and fishermen giving it, at some potential risk to themselves. Well done guys. Hope the link works.

Amazing. Thanks for posting that.

I'm always amazed when animals come to humans when they need help with something. Think about it for a minute. It really goes against whatever we've come to expect.
