Bought the controller off Ebay.
Wiper motors must be self parking type for this to work.
Added 3 diodes inline so power can not backfeed to other motors when you turn them on individually manually. The '|' on the diode faces toward motors. Acts like a one way electric valve.
I turn on my rotary switch knob, and all 3 come on synced with each other.
I can also turn on manually any of the 3 motors to run continuous leaving the others to be delayed.
This timer has minimum of 2 seconds and about 30 seconds max.
The knob came off an old PC amplified speaker.
One issue, the controller, where it attaches to the dash. I had to back cut the dash formica panel with a spade bit as it was too thick at about 1/4" so I could not attach the nut! Minor flaw with the product, not enough thread reach, max available is about 1/8" depth to be able to fit on the nut properly. I bent the locking tab on the rotary control out of the way.
For power, run power in to delay timer on the 12 v+ terminal and negative wire to ground from delay timer. Run a short wire jumping 12 v+ terminal to common terminal of the board relay. Then attach all 3 wiper wires to the NO terminal of the relay, and it will work.
My power source for timer delay board is sourced from a 10 amp breaker.
My dash has 3 carlin breaker switches to turn on the 3 wipers. I was able to fit the delay timer to left of middle wiper switch and it fit ok under the dash.
I used a piece of 3 wire orange extension cord, soldered on diodes. For the junction, used a copper crimp. That single wire from crimp goes on the NO terminal of the delay timer board.
Other end with ring terminals goes to terminal strip for the wiper motors under my helm.
Timer delay works by sending a 1 second pulse of 12vdc power to turn on it's board relay. You just wire that board relay so that it turns on all the wiper motors together as one by way of the NO terminal.
Very easy to do and it is working fine.
