Can I get my Raymarine SL70C radar/GPS to communicate with my Raymarine ST7002 autopilot?

I would certainly think so. Have you tried to contact Raymarine support? If not, check out their web site as they do have a support forum and you can give them a call if your answer isn't in the database. www.raymarine.com

yes ofcourse.
i think it is called a nmea cable, the digital instruction coding is all standardized.

If they're both SeaTalk then you have to get the cable from Raymarine. If you want to use the NMEA0183 protocol then it's a very easy three wire set up. It will all be explained in your manuals.

*Very true.* That series will usually communicate via SeaTalk (a Raymarine proprietary feature) or NMEA 0183.* SeaTalk only works communicating between Raymarine products.
