What have you found that works well when you're working in tight spaces? I'm thinking there's a miniature heat gun out there somewhere. Thx

Ancor makes them; buy @ West Marine or other marine supply house. I have also seen them @ Home Dept type stores in the electrical department. Usually butane powered and small enough to fit in tight spots. The tip does get hot fast, use caution when you put them down.

I keep a heat gun paint stripper on the boat it works very well, for small wire I use a small butane torch (carefully).

Thx all...thinking the butane fired one might be what I'm looking for as I'm trying to minimize having to drag extension cord into tight spaces.
