Garmin 8600 Series

Has anyone installed one yet?

I am upgrading both the PH and FB chartplotters and am considering the 8610s.

These will also be a selection on my Green Marine monitors, so the 10" will be fine.

Any thoughts?

Please continue to update us with your design and progress. We are looking to upgrade our set up as well and will follow along to learn from your project.

What size monitors and how many at each station are you shooting for? How about a before and after shot as well? Thanks

The 17" monitors are already installed. One on the PH helm, see below, and one on the FB helm. The chartplotter will go where the existing one is on the left. The other up top.
