Clean/repair/replace Battery charger cooling fan whine

I have a ProMariner ProTech 1240i Plus battery charger - installed by PO in DEC 2014. The bearings on the cooling fan are going - I can hear that tell tale whine even after the AC breaker to the unit is secured.

Before I break the unit open, and see if the fan is even accessible for cleaning/replacing if necessary, I figured I'd ask around and see if anyone else had dealt with the same issue.

I have 2 Promariner chargers, never had any issues with them so far but have found their support to be good. I would call them and ask if they are serviceable or not.
