I installed a Boatnanny alarm sysyem, high water, AC/DC electric, bilge temp, cabin temp, motion and sound. The system comes basical ready to install, install the bigle switch to remote wirless bas and activate the sim card. Took about 2 hours as I read the instruction
It sends you tex messages and you program communicate with it by text. Once a day it sends a states, and if an alarm been tripped. You can also ask for a status report and listen in. We are going to be traveling so I can monitor tne boat. My boat mechanic will physical check the boat once a week, and also receive the messages.
$1, 200.00 and 10.00/per month is a little pricey but worth the peace of mind.
