Dropped a hook in the Tennessee River

Well, after working on the boat most of the day, my son and I decided to go anchor out for a while and watch the sunset tonight. *It was perfect out and it was the first time we have anchored out yet on the TN River since we shipped her up here and the first time I'd had a chance to get any pics with the mast up. *We are putting the boom up finally tomorrow. *:)I thought you all might enjoy a few pics of the event!!

I have dropped the hook on the Tennessee River many times...mostly when a tow has to be broken into 4 pieces to get everything through the lock. That can take a couple of hours.

Dropping anchor below a dam requires a pretty good anchor.
