Did I mention that there were lots of boats on the water that day?* Objects are much closer than they appear.* After the show a shower is required to wash off the unburned JP that drifts down on you.

When I lived in California, the Fleet week show was a highlight of the year.* Thousands of boats lots of Navy ships and the Blue Angles.* I'll never forget seeing one of them flying inverted directly over my boat, so close I could clearly see the pilot, not to mention the sound.* What fun....Arctic Traveller
