I'm with you Bob, seems Harvey would be the logical choice but with the river at flood stage, the traffic in the locks move much slower in high water. Perhaps Harvey had a 8-10 hour delay with Algiers maybe 3-4 hours. Yesterday there was a 8 hour wait just in the Algiers' lock. Hate to see how long Harvey standby was!

Just looked up the status of the locks. Harvey 1 hour delay. One tow waiting to lock to river. 14' drop.
Industrial Lock: 28 waiting river, 16 waiting canal. 13' drop. 24 hr. delay.
