Prairie 37 bridge clearance

The title kind of says it all. What is the bridge clearance with the mast up? Thanks,

Bob

About 19-1/2' to 20' with the mast up. Just under 17' with the mast down and bimini up on mine. Allegedly 14' to the top of the flybridge wind screen, but I haven't tested that.

You buying one? Bought one? FYI, The Prairie was marketed as a "36' Coastal Cruiser." Atlantic sold the same hull as a 37. To my knowledge, there is no "Prairie 37."

Thanks

Thanks CaptTom for the information. I'm in process of buying a Prairie 36. I have no idea why I typed 37 instead of 36. Thanks again,
Bob

My Prairie 36 measures the same as Tom's.
I usually tell the bridge tenders that my air draft is 22 feet to give me a little cushion.
Good luck on your purchase and don't forget to post some pics.

I don't think you can get a definitive answer unless you take a tape measure and measure yours. I don't believe the masts were original. Meaning whatever is on your boat is custom, and likely won't exactly match anyone else' height. Better safe and measure than assume.
