Main Cabin Sliding Doors

What kind of wood are the main cabin doors and sliders made of? I'm kind of thinking (hoping) that they are made of teak for two reasons. There doesn't appear to be any rot in the doors or the slider tracks and the paint that a previous owner applied is coming off in sheets.

Thanks for any information,

Bob

I think mine are teak also. At least the areas where the paint is peeling away.
My doors are in good shape. The sliders have some wear, but not much of a change since we have owned her the last 2 years. The more I think about it, I’m thinking definitely teak for the sliders. I’ve had one door off and it was heavy, so I think it’s teak.
Wish I could say the same for the cabinet doors on the fly bridge.

Thanks Fog. I hear you about the cabinet doors. I'm thinking of making new ones at some time down the road.
