refinishing cowl vents

The time has come that no amount of cleaning will help.

Any suggestions for painting plastic cowl vents from Nico Fico or Vetus?

Greetings,
Mr. FF. I've used Krylon products with good success in the past. https://www.krylon.com/products/fusion-allinone

Was looking for a 1 gal plastic can for diesel but unable to find a yellow one. Painted a red with Krylon yellow and it's still like new in spite of diesel drips on surface.

I have spray painted plastic several times with good results. I found that cleaning the surface and then hand sanding it with very fine sandpaper, gave the paint a good surface to stick to.
