Howdy all,
I am hoping someone has a tip for me on how to get rid of the white-ish deposit under the boot line on my black bottom paint. It is clean, having been power washed when I hauled out last fall. Now I am getting ready for a new coat of bottom paint and wondering if I should paint over or try to scuff it off with something like scotch brite pads.
It isn't built up, just discolored for 2-3 inches below the boot line. You can't feel anything, it just has me wondering if I should be painting over it or attempting to remove it.
