We've had our first rain in eight months and my use of Flex-Seal to seal my front windows has ended in failure...still leaking. On the bright side, I used Flex-Seal on a stainless steel sheetmetal 90 degree exhaust elbow going through the engine room bulkhead aft, and it seems to have worked. The elbow had a myriad of pinhole leaks so I gave it a shot, hoping to buy some time until the weather cooled down and I can replace the sheet metal elbow with a fiberglass one.

I used it to seal some gutter seams at the house; failed completely. Not impressed so far. Guess the guy in the boat with the screen door bottom was lucky.

I think in a perfect world it could work but things have to be dry.
If it is wet at all it just floats on the surface and peels right off
