Published White Paper cautions about over filtration of diesel fuel.

This link to a published White Paper was on the Krogen site this morning. It has logical conclusions about the consequences of using some of the more restrictive (below 10 micron) fuel filters. From 2006, but also pertains to older diesels.

*Just to make it a bit easier to access healhustler's link......

I'm going to assume that the "Alaska Diesel" the author works for is the same as today's Northern Lights/Lugger, which would explain his presence on the Nordhavn group trip across the Atlantic.
