Power Panel Labels

I need a source for the hard plastic black background with white lettering labels that are 1/2" X 1 1/2" size. I ordered these several years ago online but lost the address.

Thanks HopCar, this is exactly what I was looking for to re-label three switches on our power panel.

Most any trophy engraving shop will have a laser engraver. Just tell them siz, font, color and presto, there you are. They can even cut out for the screw holes. I had several custom ones made and they were super inexpensive!
