We discovered that one of our deck scuppers is leaking. It is constructed with a hose and two hose clamps. The unfortunate thing is there’s no access to get to it. Anyone ever run into this issue?

The scupper is molded into the deck and has about a three inch downturn that the hose then attaches to.

Many boats are assembled without any consideration as to maintenance. Can you put an access plate in nearby? I keep a couple of screw in plates on hand for this reason.
