The trusty old ice box door handle has had it. Just wondering has anyone had ever had to replace one and if so where did you source it from.

Unable to post a photo at present. All the origional ice box's seem to use the same snap handle set up as far as I can tell.

Cheers,

Andy

THE LOADS ARE MINOR SO A PIECE OF TEAK , GLUED ON WITH PL GLUE OR 5200 WILL WORK

I would go for the PL style as it grabs /sets quicker.

Gorilla is one brand of PL but it costs 2x as "no name" due to its advertising budget.

When I needed a part for my refrigerator, I called the manufacturer. They were able to supply the exact replacement. An OEM part may cost more than something makeshift but it's usually easier to install and usually works better.
