How I spent my winter vacation

Entries to my maintenance log:

2017/2018 Haul-out

Shipwright John Glaser Eagle Harbor Marine -Port Townsend

Shaft log replaced $$$
Rudder log replaced $$
Shaft inspected and straightened
Prop inspected & tuned
2 old unused bronze thru-hulls removed/patched
Raw water thru-hull replaced
Raw water strainer replaced
Drip-less YSS shaft seal installed
Through hull for YSS installed
Engine aligned
Raw Water Strainer relocated
Raw Water Strainer hoses
Engine oil filters relocated
Engine oil filter hoses replaced
2 40gal SS water tanks removed
2 32gal Poly water tanks installed (Ronco) $$
Water tanks vent installed
2 new bronze water tank fills
New Iso-temp 4gal water heater installed $$
New bilge pump installed
New bilge pump thru-hull installed
Dinghy Davits/mounts fabricated
New garmin sounder/gps/fishfinder $
New xducer for Garmin sounder $
New Head Lav sink installed
New Head "Y" valve
New Macerator for waste tank $
New Head bronze thru-hull
New Galley sink drain thru-hull
New Bronze thru-hull for wash-down pump
New boot-stripe painted $
Blisters repaired (minor mostly on Port side) $$
New copper bottom paint - 2 coats - Black $$
New main Zinc installed - to be wired
All zincs replaced on hull
All new seat cushions - Pilot house & saloon $$
Wirie (wireless router) $
Steering (cables) lubricated
Ideal horizontal windlass rebuild by Ideal (yet to be installed) $$

dhmeissner maybe the title should read, "How I spent my childrens' inheritance."
That was a lot of work!!!

Nice to be able to hand her over to a competent shipwright and say, 'Do what needs to be done but, keep me informed as you go.'
