hard top and stainless

Hi.....I "have been told" that there are some ship yards on the east coast of Mexico (Gulf side to be clear!) that do fiberglass and stainless work. I know there are many on the west coast, but not on the east coast. Any ideas, suggestions, comments.....help!? Many thanks in advance.
