Engine paint

I'm about to paint my old 6V92 engines (to stop them from rust and get them look better).

Can I repaint the risers? they work fine but are rusty

What leaks, that's why you paint dummy. Enough paint no leaks. Detroit leaks what are talking about. Detroit's don't leak oil they ooz it. But hey look at the up side, they don't rust either.

My engines don't leak. I just want to embellish them a bit....

So sounds like I can also paint my risers. I'll show pics when I'm done (should be nice...)

Mr. F You've got some rare 6V92's there. You're able to take a bit of ribbing unlike some (Mr. S). I've been called a lot of things but never a dummy. Hmmmmm....
