Thought I would post a few photos of a repair recently undertaken in case anyone ever needs to do the same.

The runners for the aft hatch were in poor condition when we bought the boat. I did a temporary repair, but it was starting to fail causing water to leak in to the aft cabin again.

I was not 100% sure of the route the water was taking so I needed to be pretty drastic with the removal of the old runners to find it.

I think the photos tell the story. All that is left to do is fabricate a new set of runners. That is a job for the weekend.
