I need to replace the o-ring/seal on the back of my Vacuflush VGII switch (behind the round plate that moves in when vacuum is reached to deactivate the switch). I can't seem to find anyone who rebuilds these nor can I find a kit for the rebuild (or at least the o-ring).

Any ideas?

Alternative is just to buy a replacement at $124.

Check around your area for a hydrolic repair shop, you should be able to find o-rings there.

We replaced ours when the diaphram starting leaking. It was about a 20 minute job. After looking at the assembly, it was time. I didn’t consider rebuilding it.

These switches are factory set. There are no rebuild parts available for that reason. If all you need is the O ring between the switch and the vacuum vessel you can contact MARINE SANITATION in Seattle, they have every spare part you can need.

On the East Coast, Environmental Marine in Ft Lauderdale also has all the parts, and is extremely helpful with advice as well.
