Trim Tab question

The actuators on our trim tabs have one hydraulic line going to them. I assume hydraulic pressure makes them go down. What makes them go back up? Is there a spring in the actuator? They are Bennett Marine.

Yes, a spring within each actuator.

I'm tired of fast moves, I've got a slow groove, on my mind.....
I want to spend some time, Not come and go in a heated rush.....
