Smart Touch wall control

Has anyone out there had any dealings with the digital Smart Touch wall thermostat? I have been trying to figure out how to set the schedule
on my for about a year now. The factory tried their best with no luck and the instructions is a complete waste. HELP!

It's a Dometic Smart Touch Cabin Control. Not sure about the numbers, 400 series I think.
