Sarasota Fresh Water System Technician Recommendation

We will be visiting Marina Jacks for a couple weeks later this month and I am thinking this may be a good place to have my slow leak from the hot water heater diagnosed and repaired. Any recommendation for a technician/ company from Sarasota area forum members please? Thanks.

Have you tried dying the water with food coloring to find the leak?
