What is that supposed to mean? This is about NDZs, perhaps you should wait until OTDE reopens to discuss your other issues.

It was supposed to be about sanitation hoses.

It doesn't take much to get people off track on this forum.

If you really need to know what it's supposed to mean, it means that most men will sit to pee so as not to miss the head and make a mess.* Some men, unsure of their masculinity, feel the need to stand anyway and mark their territory.
