Norcold Sucks!

Have a frosting problem in my freezer. I'm building up frost in a few days to the point where it falls out of the freezer when I open the door. It appears to be the door gasket / seal. Norcold will sell you a new gasket.....with a new door.

Dear Mr. Norcold,
If I need to buy a new door to replace the gasket, it will be attached to another manufacturer's refrigerator.

Hope you go out of business.

Ted...I have priced and bought just the gaskets from suppliers...

Maybe not anymore..but up until a few years ago...sure you can't?

Try these guys..just bought a shower pan from them and their parts department is one of the best I have worked with.
