Perhaps this has been discussed before but I haven't seen the thread:
Looking for best way to protect stabilizer fins from kelp and crab pot lines. I've seen inverted "shark fins," a concave shaped cutting blade, and a built-up appendage on the hull forward of the fin to deflect kelp. Any thoughts on what works best?
