Zodiac Dinghy with carbureted Yamaha 4 stroke

I confess that I know very little about RIBs. I have my eye on a clean, 16 year old Zodiac RIB with a brand new tube. I realize the tube is PVC and not Hypalon, but it is brand new and it is not terribly expensive or difficult to replace when it wears out; which seems to take about 16 years... Are there any notorious weaknesses with Zodiacs other than PVC tubes?

Any reason to avoid a Yamaha 4 stroke outboard? It's carbureted, but that in itself does not bother me at all. I currently maintain 14 carburetors on various machines in my possession and they are not a challenge for me.
