I believe the tan color on top of the front cabin helps reduce glare. Probably spent 50 hours thinking of the boat's colors over two months. Being a new build with no-extra-charge for the chosen paint scheme, I had the opportunity. Thankfully, someone on this forum convinced me that yellow would be a better color than my initial choice of orange.

I'm willing to bet it dropped the temperature too Mark. Anyone ever gets the opportunity to see the Coot in the flesh so to speak and doesn't has done themselves a disservice IMO. Beautiful yacht(not a phrase I toss about nonchalantly)

Yellow and tan are slightly warmer than white, but who is to notice when one's boat is insulated? Ditto the green hull and gray deck.

It came that way. Apparently, the French-made, John Deere engine, comes standard in white. Fine with me as it matches the boat's inner interior.
