Yea... THAT is a big yacht!

The friendliest place on the web for anyone who enjoys boating.
If you have answers, please help by responding to the unanswered posts.
That reminds me of those ships that people can rent space on and cruise year round in luxury without leaving the boat.

Just remember the oil $$ invested in this "boat" (ship?) every time you fill up your car or your boat. :banghead::nonono::mad:

Fill 'er up! (Here we're picking up $1 million of fuel in Victoria.) At least the "fuel dock" comes to you with the help of two tugs.

I try not to.

Since that thing holds 1,000,000 liters of fuel, I thought I would see how long that much fuel would carry me at 7 knots. That is 264,200 gallons. For me, 66,060 engine hours, 522,534 miles. If I run the engines 10 hours a day, every single day, I can cruise for 6,606 days, or a few days more than 18 years! I hope to live and cruise that long!

Oops! Better scale back the cruise a bit, I forgot to calculate generator time.
