Wrangell Landslide

There was a large landslide about 10-12 miles south of Wrangell along the Zimovia Highway a little after 9 pm last night. There is not much info about it other than the highway is closed, some homes were possibly involved, and search and rescue from several agencies are on the scene. Daylight is a few hours away.

Sounds like Juneau events.
The very small community of Thane looses it’s road at times too.
Thane is just south of Juneau along the Gastenau Channel.
