Would Glow in the Dark powder work on Non-skid painted surfaces?

I have a question about Glow in the dark powders... Has anyone mixed this into non-skid deck paint? That seems to be a neat idea, having the deck walkways glow for at least part of the time after dark.

A pound of the stuff is nearly 100 bucks but I don't know how much it would take nor how long it would last.

I suggest asking the manufacturer if the product is suitable for your application.
