I needed some canvas work done on SONAS. I called Stephen, the guy I used on two of my other boats. I needed covers for two helm chairs, the dingy, the cockpit bench, and the Maxwell 3500 windlass.
He showed up on Wednesday with his canvas guy. Told me he used to do canvas work on the mega yachts down in Miami-Fort Lauderdale. The canvas guy came back on Thursday and did the templates, and then turned up on Friday morning with the canvas before we left on the boat for the weekend.
But really what I wanted to share was the design for the windlass cover - just extraordinary!
