Winboat dinghy

Have any of you any experiences, good or bad, with this brand of inflatable?
A friend asked me but I had never heard of them. Seems they are European and have a disrtibutor in California

Here is their website Winboat Sitemap

Thanks!

New to me, but I like the concept - how does it play in the real world?

Hi Folks,

I bought my Winboat/F-RIB boat online ( Foldable rigid-hulled inflatable boats & sailboats | Winboat.net ) as a tender dinghy not so long ago... I saw it on SF boat show and then later visited their dealer in SF. So far its pretty fine and works well for me - it stows and saves a lot of space... Well, it's a PVC one, but it shouldn't be much of a problem as I'm planning to stow it for the most of the time and there won't be that much exposure for UV. anyways, its says that there is a 3-year warranty for the fabric and 5 years warranty for the fiberglass... Goes planning literally in seconds with my 9.9HP 4s Mercury and very lightweight and easy to handle. It's a great looking boat and the only thing I regret so far - that I didn't get a bigger one, as 330 or 360... on the other hand bigger boats could require 2 man handling...
I'll be back in touch later with some photos.
