Who's boat is this - Albin 25?

Saw this coming up the Clear Lake channel over the weekend. I thought it was the cutest little trawler, all the way from Eunice, LA!

Yes, that is an Albin-25 with the sloop rig. I do not know the % breakdown of sail versus power only, but I'm guessing the majority of Albin-25's do not have the sail rig. As a lifelong sailor, I considered the rig undersized and the hull's keel unsuited for decent sailing performance.
