What makes a trawler a "seville"?

I've seen the term "seville" used with some trawlers and am not clear what makes the boat that.* I have seen it used with pilothouse, but am not sure how it is modifying the word if at all.*

Does it mean that it is a type of craft with no level walkway around the deck of the boat?

Curious minds are wondering.

RE: What makes a trawler a "seville"?

As far as I know there is no specific type of boat called a Seville. *When*

Steve Smith had Mariner Yachts, he wanted to bring in a cruising style yacht. *He modeled it after the popular Mainship Pilot 34, and called it the Seville 37. *When he decided to import a somewhat less traditionally styled trawler type, he also called that the Seville line. *The Pilot house Seville was included in this. *So the answer to me is that Seville is a series name not a type of boat.

Sounds like that might be the best answer. Cadillac had/has its "Seville" series.
