What kind of boat is this?

Can anyone tell me what kind of boat this is? Its on the hard at Hinkley boat yard in Savannah. It has vanes on each side of the hull, I guess to control roll. It also has a separate prop and shaft, apparently some sort of get home propulsion sysyem. Name is Amy K from Delaware, but i can find nothing online. I would like to know what it is so i can search one out for sale. It looks very cool, seaworthy, and comfortable.
Thanks for any help. This is the first time i have tried to post a pic. Fingers crossed.

It's an upside down Krogen 42. Very popular vessel, with good sea keeping abilities, so usually found right side up!

Could be a Krogen Semi sub.

This vessel can only be sailed down under, not in North America

Blubyu-that was funny. I guess that will be one of those listings that says "Not for Sale in US Waters!"
