Now that I've completely removed the old parquet flooring I'm left with a few boxes of the stuff. Not sure what to do with it. I'm guessing it's all teak like everything else on the boat. I'd like to find a new use*for this wood. I've done a few cutting boards in the past so I guess that could be one project. I would hate to just throw that away. Maybe some of you need a few pieces for a repair job?

Anyway, if you have ideas I'd like to hear them.

We have carpeted all the floors, even the engine room, except the galleywhich is 3 ft X 40 ft, but it has a throw rug.***Hard wood fllors are to to bloody darn cold in the PNW.* Even then I wear my oink bunny slippers to keep the pedicured toes warm.*
